Terms of Service
1. About these terms
These terms govern access to krenova.info, operated by Krenova Health Ltd at 14 Bold Street, Liverpool L1 1AA. By using the site, visitors agree to read these terms alongside the disclaimer and privacy policy.
2. Editorial purpose
The site publishes general editorial information about health after 40. Pages are not personal advice, a consultation or an emergency channel. Readers remain responsible for deciding when to seek qualified help.
3. Acceptable use
Visitors may read, print and share links for personal, non-commercial use. They must not interfere with the site, scrape it at an unreasonable rate, impersonate another person or submit unlawful material.
4. Intellectual property
Text, design and original graphics belong to Krenova or its licensors. Quoting a short extract with a clear link is permitted where lawful. Reproducing a complete article requires written permission.
5. Accuracy
We aim to keep pages clear and current, but publication dates and research change. Krenova does not promise that every statement is complete, suitable for every reader or free from typographical error.
6. External services
Links and embedded services may be operated by third parties. Krenova is not responsible for their availability, content or privacy practices. Visitors should review the terms supplied by those operators.
7. Contact forms
Messages should be accurate and should not contain confidential health information. We may retain correspondence for up to 24 months to manage enquiries and corrections.
8. Availability
We may update, suspend or remove pages for maintenance, correction or editorial reasons. No service is guaranteed to be available at every time or from every location.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, Krenova is not responsible for decisions made solely from general editorial content or for external services outside its control.
10. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, with courts having appropriate jurisdiction. Reviewed 9 September 2026. Updates will appear on this page with a revised date.
10. Scope and interpretation
These terms apply to the public pages, forms, newsletters, embedded content and links made available through krenova.info. They should be read with the disclaimer, privacy policy and cookie policy because those documents explain separate aspects of site use. If a particular page provides additional instructions, those instructions apply to that page alongside these terms.
- a. Visitors must keep contact details accurate when submitting a message.
- b. Shared links should identify Krenova as the source and preserve the page context.
- c. Automated access should be limited and must not impair ordinary visitor access.
11. Corrections, complaints and response times
Questions about these terms or an editorial correction may be sent to [email protected] or posted to 14 Bold Street, Liverpool L1 1AA. Krenova aims to acknowledge a message within five working days and normally gives a considered response within 20 working days. A complex matter may take longer, but we will explain the reason and provide an update.
Readers should not include confidential health information, account passwords or payment details in a general message. Urgent concerns should be directed to the appropriate public service rather than the website contact form.
12. Changes and version record
These terms were reviewed on 9 September 2026. Changes may be made to reflect a new page, legal requirement, security measure or editorial process, and the review date will be updated when the wording changes. Continued use after a change means the visitor has had an opportunity to read the updated terms, but it does not remove any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Dispute resolution and governing law
We encourage visitors to contact Krenova first so that a concern can be understood and addressed informally. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to a consumer. Courts in England and Wales will generally have jurisdiction, while a consumer may retain rights to bring a claim in the part of the United Kingdom where they live.
Nothing in these terms limits liability or rights that cannot legally be limited. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to operate to the extent permitted by law.
10. Scope and interpretation
These terms apply to the public pages, contact forms, newsletter features, embedded material and links made available through krenova.info. They should be read with the Disclaimer, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy because each document addresses a different aspect of site use. If a page includes additional instructions, those instructions apply alongside these terms.
- a. Visitors should provide accurate information when submitting a message.
- b. Shared links should preserve the page context and identify Krenova as the source.
- c. Automated access must not impair ordinary visitor access or place unreasonable load on the site.
11. Complaints and response procedure
Questions, correction requests and complaints may be sent to [email protected] or posted to Krenova Health Ltd, 14 Bold Street, Liverpool L1 1AA. We aim to acknowledge a message within five working days and normally provide a considered response within 20 working days. A more complex matter may take longer, but we will explain the reason and give an update.
Messages should not contain passwords, payment details or unnecessary private health information. A complaint about an external service may need to be directed to that service as well as Krenova. Nothing in this procedure prevents a visitor from using any statutory complaint or legal route available to them.
12. Security, access and misuse
Visitors must not knowingly introduce harmful code, attempt to bypass access controls, test the site without permission or use automated requests in a way that disrupts service. We may review technical logs to investigate abuse, protect the site and preserve evidence. Such logs may include an IP address, requested path, browser information and timestamp and are normally retained for up to 90 days unless a longer period is needed for a documented incident.
If a visitor believes that an account, message or link has been exposed, they should contact [email protected] promptly. We aim to acknowledge a security report within one working day where possible and provide an update within five working days.
